Yup, a funky name for a track that sounds like some of those in-between moments at work. One of those tunes that started as an experiment, specifically using a softsynth called “Knifonium” by Plugin Alliance [The original hardware unit can be seen HERE – and costs considerably more than I could afford!] But about the music itself…… from TomsTypewriter.com

Exceptional synth under an exceptional pussy cat
We at CatSynth agree on both counts! Jackie is quite regal posing on the synth. And I had never heard of the Knifonium before, but upon visiting the website it sounds quite unique.

Here is a demo of the Knifonium in action.

I had a blast checking out this synth. It’s a Knifonium Vacuum Tube Synthesizer. 25 tubes total and you can hear and feel them! Check out the size of the power supply! It’s a work of art. All handmade. Even the keys! The aftertouch responded better than any modern keyboard. It really felt and responded great! #knifonium #synthesizer #keyboard #musical #instrument (at Los Angeles, California)
Behold the Knifonium, a new all-tube analog synth by Jonte Knif of Espoo, Finland. It will set you back €9,000 if you can snag one of the four (out of six) slated for production that hasn't been spoken for yet. It sounds like this:
This is the first dirty demo of my Knifonium tube synth. Dry, directly to line, unprocessed. Ignore the "music" enjoy sounds.

I have written about the project on

And my pro stuff can be looked at

Due to the interest I have decided to produce a series of 6 instruments in 2013. Some are still left, but probably not for many weeks.
