#knit afghan

one quarter of my hue shift afghan is done! i’m really hoping this project will keep my interest, as i’ve only ever finished ONE afghan (despite starting many lol).

i think the color changes and stripes really help my brain stay interested though, as this has been easier than other attempted large blankets. i do have another panel in process that i’m making good progress on, so that’s good!!

i also chose my own colors for this instead of rainbow/other pre-selected palettes. i’m hoping it will end up kind of sky-like at the end but we’ll see ! 😅

finished my blanket! it ended up being a little smaller than expected but nice and thick so i’m perfectly happy

Wowwie. As I was knitting away on my giant couch blanket, I realized.....I have less than 15 inches to go. This blanket may end up being finished by mothers day!

However, the other blanket that needs to be finished by then.....is roughly halfway and progress on it is SLOW. 

Will post pics when they are both finished.

Just a few things I did today...

It was raining and cold, so I finished a hat a coworker asked me for; whipped up a dishcloth because I was bored; and started working on a blanket for my niece who’s due in March.
