I think of the same thing, and I'm not saying a fem mc can't be showy and what not, I just don't see the concepts of the obstacles an openly fem/femme mc would have compared to others explored as much.
Especially the difference in treatment from Leona and Ruggie it may be nice at first but they don't see you as equals due to fear.
