Do you ever wake up from a bad dream because your brain has an old school windows blue screen crash? I don't have legitimate nightmares anymore. It's just mildly unpleasant situations where something fucked up happens and I have to stare until it ends.
Example: I dreamt I was in a group chat with my boss and coworkers. We wrapped everything up and I sent a picture of a full on ww2 swastika in circle being formed by 8 black dudes hands. And I'm sitting there like: What do I say now? What the fuck is this? Where did that even come from?
And my brain just noped out.
