Arranged bonding AU with KO and BD where KO is shocked that he’s being bonded to this bug lug who can’t even break mach 1 on his wheels, and BD can’t believe he’s being bonded to this hot shot speedester who drives circles around him.

Cue them tolerating each other and being polite, but not really clicking at first, but they find common ground and they slowly start kinda falling.

And then someone teases BD, or says it’s a shame that KO is bonded to ‘that’, and KO snaps and gives them a race challenge. KO wins and after the race runs up to BD, and BD just scoops him up and spins him in a circle and they smile at each other and they’re just hopelessly in love.

And then they finally share sparks and it’s amazing and glorious and they’re happy.
