do you have tips for artists hoping to get popular on tumblr?
uhhh, just... keep creating content?
i mean. when i first made my blog, i was not popular, and i had no real intent of becoming popular. it just.... kind of happened? most of my followers i gained in the last year or so (13k, of my current 25k). all i really did was keep creating content and posting stuff, and over the years, my art got better and better because i kept drawing and practicing
so... yeah. just keep posting and creatingcontent!!
is it hard to have a main blog and art blog? i want to but i dont want to stress myself out
uhhh, i don’t think it’s hard? it helps me keep my more “serious” art in one blog, while i keep my more silly doodles on another. the biggest thing is just to make sure you don’t accidentally reblog posts to the wrong blog lol
