The other day I was speakinc to my team about fear and holding yourself yourself back. As I lay here reflecting, I think of the phrase "the negative things people say about you is a reflection of how they feel about themselves"....Even though what I was saying to them were words of encouragement, I'm realizing that part of that speech was words of encouragement to myself. I don't even think they realize how much they helped me that day. I left practice hoping that I said resonated with them...but now I'm wondering if it resonated with my own spirit. #believeinyourself #knowfear #feelit
