野村です。先週のPMP(R)試験対策（3日間）で、10の知識エリアを覚える方法を、講義中に開発？し、かなり効果があったので紹介します。3分くらいで、統合からステークホルダーまで、スラスラ言えるようになりますし、逆順や、調達の2つ前はコミュニケーション、というような、記憶の引き出し方（Recall）もできる記憶法を採用しています。

従来PMP(R)試験対策では、記憶の仕組みについて説明しますし、全プロセスを10分で記憶する方法も扱っていますが、次回からは、この10の知識エリアを記憶する、が、追加されます。

振り返ってみると、そもそも、弊社では「記憶トレーニング」というコースがありました。こんな成果も出しています（最近実施していないので、リクエスト頂けたら、開催します）。
