Now that we are on the topic of sub drops. What does it mean that one is scheduled?I had only heard of them before as being uncontrolled reactions.

oh no, i never meant scheduled- you can anticipate a sub drop based on whatevers going on with you, but you can’t ‘schedule’ one. your body and psyche call the shots for this
