current status: kind of confused about how like half of anything gets enough money.
It feels like there keeps being the issue where a thing is totally important for people, but the full costs of the thing are too much for people to fit in affording, and what people can fit in affording is not actually enough to cover full costs of the thing. So there’s a this gap, and different things happen with it in different place, but it’s a thing and causing problems.
