I have been in this fandom for a long time yet I still get confused about the LV!20 versions of different Sanses.

You have the LV!20 alternates where they grow horns and become ✨chonky✨, but does LV stop at 20?? I thought it keeps going?? But in a lot of media I see they stop at 20- is it because of what happens in canon Undertale with Frisk in the genocide route?
