Thinking about ffxv again. It’s about love. It’s about friendship. It’s about brotherhood. It’s the world’s worst road trip. It’s the world’s best road trip. It’s about platonic love. I think FFXV’s development hell is probably the funniest dev hells ever. SE releases a trailer for FF Versus 13 way too early. In 2013 another trailer released for FF Vs 13 but then like literally after it released the name got changed to FFXV. Nomura basically gets replaced/leaves directing FFXV because he was already working on KH3 and the SE upper management didn’t want a dark FF game (which is really funny seeing how FFXVI ends up being released) and he kept on changing the story too many times. That basically early accidental leak trailer SE released is literally used again almost one for one in KH3 Re:Mind but changed Noctis to Yozura in like 2020. Tabata then works on the game. Everything gets rewritten and now we have FFXV and all of its dlcs + the basically dlc fix-it book. Also, while Nomura was writing FFXV (around the time they ((SE)) were gonna change it to FFXV), it almost became a musical.
I know this is haha Atraeus wants to ask out someone but also when he is asked if he likes Thrud, he says “no”. Not in a disappointed way or a disgusted way, its more of a matter of fact way. He knows that she is more interested in being a valkyre rather than having a love life. Plus, Skjoldr likes her. Theoretically, Atraeus could have a crush on her, but actually he respects her being focused on what she wants. Anyways this also basically confirms he likes Angraboda so it’s a win for me.
Now watching the vod, i realize both /neg and /pos posts can coexist. Yes, it is very unhealthy to just up and leave loved ones without saying goodbye, and yes his ending did stay true to the dream smp, having wild and random things canon.
But i also thinks thats okay. Maybe Fundy, Niki, Eret, Quackity, Phil, Ranboo, Tubbo, and Tommy may heal. Since his death, the server was basically haunted by his ghost (literally and figuratively) and people wouldn’t not stop thinking about him. Maybe now, their thoughts can be free from him. They can know he won’t cause anything new or have new ideas that ultimately fall in ruin. Maybe this is their peace, knowing that he’s fucking off somewhere else.
Maybe being in Utah is his final resting place.
Maybe Tommy knowing that Wilbur is truly, truly, truly happy now will bring him peace (or strength). Wilbur helped Tommy grow, and now he’s letting him go. Or, rather, they’re letting each other go.
Wilbur is letting his younger brother grow to find the strength to take down his abuser once and for all, and Tommy is letting his big brother go off and be at his peace.
Maybe the Dream Smp is about letting go.

There were some many similarities to this show and The Book of Life!!!! Well, more like how they’re in the same universe canonically. Also!!!! There are some lines that I remember being in both Book of Life and this show, like “son of a leopard!“ and when Zatz died when he was holding up the snakes head, he looked at Maya and “I love you Maya”, like in the exact same was Manolo “died” when he saved Maria and his friends/family. Like 👏👏👏👏 sooooo many parallels i could list lol.
Also!!!! The character designs!!!!! Personally my fav design was Chimis:
Mayas design was a little weird to me since her head was like GIANT (or maybe she has a regular head and i have a smol head idk):

Also, this show is like for 10 y/o kids and im like. A teenager. So if ur gonna watch it there’s obviously going to be cringey moments since this show is like for kids.
Also!!!!!!!!!!! The ending lowkey made me cry a bit. So now im headcanning that when the Tecca start celebrating Mayas birthday as a holiday, and every year she and Zatz come down from the sky to like. Catch up on things and yknow. Hang out and stuff.
Also Maya and the Three au where the exact same thing happens in the show but all the characters that i like get revived and everyone is happy ;-; and like get to b kids cause technically
Like i thought the director was gonna pull a “ha ha! You thought they died, but they didn’t! They live!” whenever a character like Acat died. But. Not until the ending when everyone like visited again. Canonically, Maya and the Three were mostly in their mid-to late teens, so in my au, they all just do teenager stuff. Like, since Zatz can fly around and stuff, Maya and the gang go on a high pillar so Maya can jump off it to see if she can float. She doesn’t but Zatz flies her around for a bit. Also!!!! Zatz could’ve been good friends with Rico, like Rico giving good and/or badish relationship advice to him. Or Zatz being besties w/ Chimi and doing each others hair, like Zatz having Chimis hairstyle and Chimi having Zatz hairstyle. Or like Maya and the Three shorts where they go on quests and have quirky shenanigans!!! I want that!!!
Needless to say, this was an amazing show and I recommend watching it!!!!

Okay since we’re all talking about the dream smp lore, i just wanna put my thoughts and opinions out:
I personally don’t think the Dream smp is ending anytime soon. Yes, lore has been a little slow as of late (since like all of the ccs are doing other things), but I don’t think that’s a sign for anything ending. I think it’s more like a calm before the storm. I mean, there was literally Techno, Sam, Quackity and Dream lore that happened not too long ago. The Dream smp can’t like, end there. I believe that in the coming months, slowly but surely, there will be lore. Or, i might be wrong about of all this and something totally different will happen. Idk these are just my thoughts.
Hhhhhhhh I just want Quackity, Karl, and Sapnap to talk to each other and have Las Nevadas b apart of Kiniko (idk how its spelled) or something hhhhh and I want Karl to tell Sapnap and Quackity about his time traveling thing and he is slowly forgetting stuff hhhhh and they just be loving and they just hang out around Karl more and more becuz they dont want him to 4get them (or alternatively: Karl goes missing and Quackity and Sapnap find out he is time traveling [from connoreatspants, who I assume is the only person who knows about Karls time traveling, so correct me if I am wrong] and go thru time to try and find him)
