I love seeing this. Even though I prefer a "down" market, when I see cranes in the sky there is growth going on. As I cycle by this every day and see the progress I look how it applies to my life. It starts being in a romantic, in demand location (direct intercoastal waterway), then they begin securing the foundation with pilings. Eventually they pour concrete and begin building. Once the foundation is in place they move quick. Very similar to life, once you found your passion and determined your WHY (your foundation) then you can begin building quickly and only attracting materials needed to help you build your vision.
