so. um. the "lick my shoes" scene was cut out of frame in the final product, and in the audio commentary after talk, Aoto said (mischievously) that is because the scene cannot be shown on screen, probably oblivious to the fact that, it is bright and clear in the making. Sorry, Aoto.

Aoto: No, I didn't actually lick the shoes. You can't actually see it from the camera's angle even if I stick my tongue out, but I wanted to make it believable even with just the sounds [blow raspberry] [everyone laughs] Kaku & Erica: Like a helicopter! 24:48 Q: I became obsessed with Sayonara Moffun, Rita's fanzine in ep38. Is it a happy ending or sad ending? Can you tell us more about its setting?

A: (^_^") Please don't take this seriously… Actually, I've always wanted to write a filler episode like this: Rita-sama went to Comiket, with their own fanzine too. Himeno-sama, as the copyright holder, bought all the stock. And the response I got [from production] was always "Right, sure, got it"… So that book in ep38 is what was left of that idea.

Well, it's the mission of fanwork to fill in what's unsaid in the main series, so what do you think? Rita is behind the book after all, I don't think they would write anything grotesque. Sorry I'm not giving you a straight answer… I want to know too haha. After all, only Rita themself knows what's going on about them. Gira-sama, ah, Gira-kun have read it. He may know.
