Thursday, the 27th, was my 31st bday. Bday of my dreams, btw. It was also the first birthday that I was actually happy that I was born. IDK if it's part this move to AZ last year, part my working with Landmark to deepen my understanding of myself and their work in showing me new accesses for what's possible and self-love, part starting to get interested in my craft and my path, or ALL of it, or something else. But, I'll attribute thanks in part to this community. Love you all and I am making a promise that by October, I will be more active here. I'm in this leadership program right now and it's a lot. But I love you all and look forward to getting to know my followers in the future.

At the same time, this slow metabolic rate minimises energy requirements.
