I honestly don’t know who this is..and after looking, I see that that they’re not a mod.., but fuck it, I’ll be a jackass anyway.

 Just from looking at their posts, I can tell right off the bat that I probably wouldn’t like them. Kind of hard to tell if they’re joking on some of their more.. random posts.. but if they are, they do it too often. If they’re not, then oh fuck.. another one of these people.. 

I guess the conclusion would be just to avoid this person at all costs.

..Is this the person people complain 24/7 about on here? Sure seems like it.

regarding lilian nightshade - cs user koiley

i sent this to a blog earlier but i am posting it on my own as well. this is also NOT hate. just something to think about. sorry to my non-cs-followers, just ignore this.

hi its koiley from CS. idk if people will see this or not but i wanted to make a comment about the whole lilian thing. i've been friends with her for a few years now, even before she became an artist. probably since late 2011/early 2012. before this completely surfaced on CS, i did have a conversation with her about it. i identify as female and i don't know how to label myself, but i am attracted to women, i have dated women.

when i learned this was lilian's viewpoint, i became uncomfortable, because this good friend i have had for years i suddenly discovered does not agree with my life essentially. i understand and we talked about how it does not change her opinion on me, but personally i prefer to surround myself with people who support me. so we really do not talk anymore. i don't feel comfortable being around people that have that viewpoint. i already have to face a lot of trouble in real life for my sexuality and i don't want it carried on the internet because i prefer to make it a safe place for myself.

while i do NOT think badly of anyone/judge anyone for being religious or disagreeing with LGBTQ, i think it is just very primitive viewpoint and promotes close-mindedness. 

where i think she went wrong in what she said, was that she made it seem like she does not support general rights for LGBTQ people. while i disagree with her viewpoint and i'm not completely sure where she stands on it:

i feel like disagreeing with LGBTQ and not wanting a group of people to have rights are two different things

Now, like I said: I'm not sure which Lilian actually meant. But it is my opinion that even if one does not agree with something, they should at least want equal rights for everybody.

Especially with Lilian having friends (such as me, her non-cisgender friends, and her gay friend in real life), I would think she would want to support rights to us. I don't know about anyone else, but I'd love to get married in the future.

What upsets me about the situation is that, if someone's orientation or gender identity does not bother lilian, but she disagrees with it, she should at least want us to be treated like every other person. because we are/were her friends and she would want us to be happy and feel loved and valued as people?

so, like i said, i'm not sure completely how she feels…but if she disagrees with general human rights for LGBTQ people…then i feel like it's a matter that should not have been shared publicly because of the environment of the CS website and involved sites like Tumblr here.

being proud of something (like religion) is fine, but honestly, i feel like it was unnecessary to post because this kind of reaction was bound to happen. there's really no room for controversy in a "business" like chicken smoothie and because lilian works there essentially she should've anticipated the backlash. 

YES, the thread where she answered it was a simple question to get to know the staff members, but even the question in general was inappropriate in a setting like that. i consider it a business and while avoiding/ignoring matters like that is not really good, having a general atmosphere of acceptance and love in a site like that is important.

there's a difference between not supporting something and seeing them as lower/not deserving of rights. and i hope that people realize that because the latter really is homophobic. 

definition of homophobia - "dislike or prejudice against homosexual/lgbtq people"

and seeing them as less and therefore not worthy of the same rights as straight people is prejudice=homophobia.
