Kokatat All-Purpose Personal Protective Ensemble (AP-PPE) Training Overgarment w/ Extended Hood
Pretty much a plastic-lined sauna suit intended to simulate the heat stress of full CBRN kit. The actual AP-PPE are made of GORE Chempak and are significantly more breathable.
Been noticing these training suits start to become more prevalent on the surplus market, mostly in massive sizes. @mou1age and I already own a couple AP-PPE Training Suits, but one is the Collar/Separate Hood version intended for the M45/M53 Masks, and the other is a USCG Blue Extended Hood version that's too small for me, so I wanted to grab another extended hood version for myself.
I promise you I'm not fat, this thing is just baggy on me lmao
My favorite part about the extended hood AP-PPE is how the hood has a massive roll-up opening in the back to let you put on the mask after putting on the suit.
Only downside is the massive roll of material on the back of your head kinda makes it hard to wear with helmets. Oh well.
