Lacey Chabert Wishes for 'Fairy Tale' Love in Hallmark's Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True Trailer (People Exclusive)
The movie, which will debut later this year during Hallmark Channel's Countdown to Christmas, follows Lindsey (Lacey Chabert) and her family as they head to Walt Disney World in Florida — and run into Philip (Travis Van Winkle), with whom Lindsey went on a disastrous first date, and his family.
"I fell over when they called me and asked me to be a part of this," Chabert tells PEOPLE of filming on location at Disney World. "I truly was so excited. I was on a video call and actually fell off the screen. It's such a dream come true. I get so excited about every movie I have the chance to make for Hallmark. We put our hearts and souls into them, and it's just so nice to get to be a part of something that brings people joy, and to get to do it at a place that has brought me so much joy in my life, is a magical combination."
Filming the movie, she says, was "so joyful. We're running around the park, getting to ride rides and show so much of the magic of the parks. It's just a pinch-me moment."
Lacey Chabert, Travis Van Winkle and Christy Carlson Romano will be joined by Richard Kind, Bryce Durfee, Taegen Burns and Asher Alexander. The Sandlot's Patrick Renna will appear in a cameo role. The film is written and directed by Ryan Landels, who also worked on 2024's Santa Tell Me and Beauty and the Beast: A 30th Celebration in 2022.
