@twonotesaudio wants me to show everyone my favorite drive. Ummm... I couldn't possibly pick a single favorite drive. But in a situation where I could use my own amp or at least an amp I liked that had useable/versatile gain, I'd bring the @suhrcustom #kokoboost. That's a desert island pedal. It's a clean boost and a mid boost and literally does it all beautifully. I call the mid boost side my "Les Paul pedal". If I didn't know what I was going to play through, I'd bring the @victoryampsuk V4 Kraken preamp because I could use it with whatever amplifier they gave me and make it sound like the amp I want it to be. And I'd probably put the koko boost in front of it to add flavors. The Kraken is known for metal, but I honestly think it's amazing with single coils.
