Applicant: "Alorica."

Me: "Oh okay. So how long have you been with Convergys?"

Applicant: "Ma'am?"

Me: "Oh I'm sorry! I meant Alorica."

Applicant: "For 2 years."

Me: "Alright. And how much are you getting for the whole package in Convergys?"

Applicant: "In Alorica, Ma'am?"

Me: "Oh, I'm sorry! Yes, in Alorica."

Applicant: "Haha. Twenty-three thousand for the whole package."

Me: "Well we can definitely compete with you current salary! So, how much are you expecting here in __________?"
