Adventure 2015-015: Komikon 2015
My plan on that day is to receive my last pay from my previous company. On my way to buendia, muntik na kong mabeastmode due to a super heavy and annoying traffic. I was at Nicols around 9 and until 11:45, we’re still on the same position. I thought it will be another pain in a neck day.
Thanks to our payroll, she waited for me to come and finally received my last pay.
At that moment, I, together with my lil’ brother, went with my former colleagues to have lunch (and special surprise for our idol nica) at Cash and Carry, and afterwards, went to Unilab to join an event
I was looking forward to see Manix Abrera, the one behind the kikomachine comics which shows the real life scenario of an employee, teacher and students.
Before we enter the room, we had a photobooth shoot from Chippy, and then nica and keano played the game of jengga. Eventually, they were the ones who has the first highest jengga ever made. They’ve won!
Afterwards, we went inside to look for the other comics, I bought bookmarks and the most special one, Hukbong Sandatahan ng Kahaggardan comic. Keano keeps on requesting on buying him some stuffs and yeah, I granted his wishes
We also took pictures of cosplayers (only 1 photo is posted: with spider man. I had one, but the photo is uploaded to a friend of mine)
I also joined the line of the manix fans just to have his signature on his creations. Too bad i didnt have my books but, (because I dont want to be frustrated, I bought one! yey! for 500) gladly I have a chance to meet and greet him personally and make him sign my comic.
The line took me 3 hours. And I know the reason why.
He is effortlessly signing the books with matching drawings. GGAAWHHDD!!
My goal is complete! Definitely a happy kid!
