Oh boy... so many... I started learning a Low German language called Northern Low Saxon the other day but decided to stop because I couldn’t find any material in the language, but I really liked it tbh

10. Sport I was best at? -Cross Country, I could run and run and run.
40. Weirdest thing to happen at school? Well after I graduated a former student got arrested for trying to have sex with a horse, but the weirdest thing IN school, sadly, was probably a massive bus accident freshman year when a tour bus coming back from Colorado crashed and killed 3 of our students, another 6 adults, and injured 42 people including other students. One of them was our drum major. It made national news and it probably changed our high school in a bad way because it caused a chain reaction that ended our dynasty of having a great band program. 47. Favorite type of cheese? Pls don’t kill me but I’m not a fan of most cheeses. They are fine when needed but it’s a texture thing and it makes me nauseous. I guess the very flavorful and sharp ones like cheddar or that bacon one if I had a gun to my head. Sorry!

what's your favorite kind of music to listen to and to study?
I always used to jump from genre to genre and just go through phases of things I liked, but lately I’ve always found myself coming back to a few genres: Folk Metal, traditional Irish music, and slightly less often electro swing and Americana
I definitely enjoy studying popular music, moreso than ‘classical’, and also folk musics of cultures that I have a personal connection to. The human aspect of musical culture really intrigues me, that is, trying to understand why and how certain musics come about and influence those producing and consuming it
Folk metal is really my musical home now. If I can write 75 pages of in-depth analysis on something and not get sick of it, it’s going to be in my life forever.
