I’m mostly just in the Supernatural fandom, but I’ve got a couple of new minor fandoms and some old fandoms, so I’ll try to get to 10.

1. Supernatural - Sam and Dean Winchester (I won’t choose, and no one can make me).

2. Shameless - I think I have to go with Mickey Milkovich. Noel Fisher manages to bring so many silent layers to Mickey that are developed so beautifully even through the limited screen time Mickey had early on, and I have fallen in love. ❤

1. I love Supernatural.

6. I’m supposed to be out of work for two weeks because I fell and hit my head at NJcon. I’m going in to work tomorrow anyway.

7. I’m super mad at myself for falling because I couldn’t wear the outfit I’d planned to for J2 day at NJcon (which would have matched Jensen’s shirt perfectly, by the way). I wore it today and like 5 people complimented it, which just made it worse that I had to give it up for my J2 pictures. (Sorry–I think this became a venting session. Haha!)

8.  I’m trying to grade, and it’s giving me a headache.

9. I’m rewatching Gilmore Girls, and it’s kind of surreal to hear everyone calling Jared “Dean.” It just feels wrong.

10. I just bought a sparkly rainbow wristlet keychain, and I am in love with it.

11. I have so many shoes. Soooo many shoes. It’s a problem.

Favorite TV shows: Supernatural. I also like The X-Files, Bob’s Burgers, Conviction, Lucifer, The Good Place, Superstore, Fresh Off the Boat, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Speechless, and Timeless right now, but I probably wouldn’t call any of these favorites (except The X-Files).

First fandom I joined: The X-Files. My first really active ones were Bones and Supernatural, though.

Favorite book: Anything Neil Gaiman has ever written.

Worst thing you’ve ever eaten/tasted: Probably raw onions.

Book you’re reading right now: None for pleasure. Lots for school.

Favorite place to be: I don’t know? Probably my house or my office.

One of the biggest problems with cons for me is that I spend a ridiculous amount of money on new clothes every time. Because I only have a handful of outfits I feel really good in at any particular moment, and I’ve already worn all of them at other cons.

And the thing is, I don’t even kind of regret these purchases. Which is a problem because I’m broke. But seriously, these clothes are cute as hell.

why did you choose your url: It’s a reference to a quote from the show Tru Calling. It started as blessingcurse_calling like 10 years ago, but over the years, I shortened it to bccalling. It’s been my fandom identity for a very, very long time.

lemonade or iced tea?: Both. Arnold Palmer.

cats or dogs: I love cats, but I’m more of a dog person, really.

makeup or natural: Here’s the thing--I am obsessed with makeup, but also, I am lazy. So when I wake up early/have extra motivation/am doing something I really want to look nice for, I go all out on makeup. However, 99.99% of the time, I’d rather sleep.
