MJ Monday
Just like Jordan Brand promises to create a better product with the Retro Remastering Project to keep beloved fans loving the product, Nike and Tinker Hatfield did the with MJ when the Jordan III was designed. With Mike being lured away from Nike Hatsfield upgraded the quality of the Jordan 3's to keep MJ at Nike. The Jordan III was made with premium leathers to give Mike that "broken in" feel meant to support his will to wear a new pair of Jordan's every game. The Jordan III was the first to have a visible air unit and the first to use the Jumpman logo which was a ditched sketch left behind by Jordan I and II designer Peter Moore.    Â
