Seasons Change
Isn’t it amazing how a simple thing such as the weather can change your entire mood? Global warming, although quite serious, is giving some of us a break and I’m actually ok with that. Winter seems to be the time when we tend to gain weight, sink into a mini depression and just....sit. I have to admit I was almost guilty of all of the above but the way this winter is set up...lol...one day you’re fully bundled up, next day you’re going out for ice cream. It’s hilarious but a bit scary at the same time. All of this to say, when it comes down to absorbing other people’s energy, keep it at a minimum...preferably on the positive end. Xoxo...
