Suprise mini M&M cupcakes with chocolate and Daim bar frosting.

Once the cupcakes have cooled, carefully cut out a section in the centre of the cake. Fill with candy of your choice then place the top of the removed section back on the cake (like a hat).
For chocolate and Daim bar frosting: Melt a chocolate of your choice and drizzle over cupcakes. Top with crushed Daim bar.
