"Kopa was always really independent, out there following his own path since they were cubs. But why the switch up? What's got him stuck here?" She ponders...

Here's my first actual artwork of my Kovu x Kiara fankids, Kopa and Ujasiri. They're taking their first look at the view of their kingdom from Pride Rock, Kopa's pretty enthusiastic about it while Ujasiri ain't happy rn. (He's a little scared of heights.. poor bby T^T)

Simba and Nala's unofficial son, Kopa. So...I have mixed feelings about Kopa. I don't really like or dislike him and I don't see him as canon at all. Semi-canon maybe but even then I don't know if I'm really gonna include him in my main TLK universe. I might just have a separate Kopa au where Kiara exists but Kion doesn't. I don't know, I'll have to work it out later.

Kopa and Nala - Reunited 🥹 In my fanon, When Kopa was a teen he ran away from home to follow his own path. Getting away from the weight of his heir status and the responsibility that came with it. Which led his lil sister, Kiara to eventually become Queen later on.

Nala thought her oldest son was long gone/dead after so many attempts of trying to find him and having no luck even beyond the Pridelands territory. Thankfully, life turned out okay and her son returned!
