Deuce breastfeeds?

yup! male koracians (when compared to humans anyway) are kinda intersex !!

both produce milk (males on a lesser scale though) so they can share child rearing duties more equally and bond with the baby :] 💗

been writing down lil tidbits of deuces species. theyre genderless when born then have The Change around 12, but some remain genderless though it is rare. his species practices scarification as like, a rite of passage into adulthood, and there’s different designs depending on what gender they change into. gotta design them tho !!

i was just thinking about drawing like.... a whole masterpost about his species tho. ive been wanting to do more research/worldbuilding !! ^__^

she's the queen of koracia & the (ex)wife to djimonn. she's extremely swift and ruthless, and tends to be even faster at neutralizing threats than their bodyguards LOL. she keeps a collection of skulls of people who have crossed her.

she's also a shapeshifter! to what extent is a secret but she has absolutely used it for #evil and will continue to. also thinking on giving her hypnosis powers cause i mean... why not 🤭

ok for oc questions! What's everyone's favorite foods (everyone being whoever u wanna answer for)? Also Deuces species, Koracians- do they get tooth decay? Does deuce need to brush his teeth or is that not an issue?

deuce: steak, liver, and stir fries. ka'meisha: conch fritters, and most sea foods. vaughn: vaughn kinda eats whatever's available but he loves mexican food, he'll fuck up an enchilada!! naomi: brown stew (chicken, pork, or beef). also has a sweet tooth so she's fond of bun and cheese, and rum cake!

and for the tooth decay question, it's def less of a problem for koracians vs the average human! but not only does deuce live on earth and eat human food, he also wears his gold grillz a lot. so he's gotta be careful !!

on ur last post, honestly so much of the fun of worldbuilding is in the stuff that "doesn't matter" !!!!!! i think it does end up mattering too because i personally feel like a story feels more real if theres flavor text and fun facts about characters, people we know irl have random little-known quirks about them and i think its fun to give those to ocs too. ive also been wondering about deuces species for a while to begin with :]

THANK U THANK U.. i think youre right, fleshing out deuce's species would def help me with little quirks he has atm (like him holding his head when he gargles mouthwash to not let it slip through his mandible lol)

male koracians produce milk to help with child rearing, and it comes from swapping spit or bodily fluids with the person they impregnated.

(though technically it doesn't have to be their child. person a could've gotten pregnant from person b, then went to date person c. person c would still produce milk for a's baby.)

this makes pregnancy not as much of a surprise for either party as both would begin showing signs together! :]
