Oh, great. Couldn't Betty ever catch a break?

This was the second Tamaranean this week - thankfully away from Planet Earth this time. Those aliens ranged between moderately peaceful and devastatingly warlike - one of the worst species in the galaxy to get on the wrong side of.

But Betty was a police officer. If a violent species was attempting to invade her sector of the galaxy, it was up to her to keep the peace no mater what. The Galactic Unions certainly weren't formed through millennia of fighting. 

"Hey!" She called sharply, stalling her police-issue hovercraft, not taking her phaser from its holster yet but being ready to retrieve it at a moment's notice all the same. "You wanna turn those starbolts off? I don't know if you read the turn-off signs on the galactic highway but this is a no-weapon zone."

Alien Hunting

"Pardonnez-moi mademoiselle... but would you happen to be an extraterrestrial?" The gorilla questioned, a large beeping scanning device held in his massive hand.

"Monsieur Mallah... it is very obvious that she is. Have I not taught you well enough in human biology? Note the odd skin pigmentation as well as the faint traces of radioactivity" A synthesized voice chirped from behind the gorilla.
