A Köstritzer Kellerbier é uma cervejeis especial com base em um malte torrado especial entregam o sabor encorpado da antiga tradição cervejeira. Engarrafada diretamente, sem filtragem, ela retém seu caráter natural. De coloração âmbar, ligeiramente turva. Espuma de boa formação e baixa persistência. No aroma, notável presença do malte acompanhado de notas de pão caseiro, castanhas, banana e, ainda, um toque herbal proveniente do lúpulo. No sabor, os elementos do aroma ganham um caráter mais condimentado, num bom equilíbrio entre malte e lúpulo que evolui para um amargor suave no retrogosto curto e seco. Corpo médio e carbonatação baixa. One of the best beers I had in Turkey. Kostritzer had lot of things going for it. First it was a Black Lager and I’m an unabashed fan of the style, second: its from the land of beer - 🇩🇪 so that explains a lot of things, and goes back to 1543, making them one of the oldest in Germany. Often, these type of dark beers are either too malty, sweet or bitter, but this beer balances these flavors well. The bitterness comes as a slight aftertaste and does not linger.
