I laughed until I cried at the "double opening hand brick" duel and lost it at literally every ridiculous thing that happened. These kids + Ai have such good hearts I love them

And uh. A high schooler got kidnapped so there's that too.

there’s a few interesting bits and one audio part i /definitely/ want to post but I can be a little more thorough about translating some excerpts versus just summarizing some information that I found interesting if people are really interested?

1 am thought:

It would be so, so interesting if Yusaku ended up losing to revolver but was able to retain consciousness as data... Aoi described it as “screaming into the dark” but Yusaku pretty clearly has a special relationship with data and this is a little different than the another situation...

He was able to sense the pulsing of the heart of the tower... thing... clearly at the start of the arc so if he ended up a part of it but could also still interact with the world around him, I wonder if it wouldn’t be possible for him to stop it/control it in a way that a person with an avatar couldn’t...

I’ve been kind of thinking this for a while but I really noticed it in this recap- the way vrains plays with highs and lows and hope and despair and the past and the future is... good
