Ashes to Autumn | Erika & Kotone [Halloween Event]
Ah, fall. Another one of Erika’s favorite seasons. The leaves on the trees outside started to change colors from the luscious green hue to levels of reds, oranges, and brilliant yellows. The flower loving princess was ready to switch from her light summer kimonos to more of a thicker fabric.
It was always around this time of the year that Cinnibar Island always had tons of Halloween and Fall festivities going on during these months. She used to go to these events as a child, and it had certainly been such a long time since she left Celadon City. It was going to be so wonderful for the girl to finally leave the gardens for at least one evening.
Erika had changed into a much appropriate fall kimono. She wore a white nagajuban (under kimono) with a mustard yellow overcoat for the kimono. Adorned with a long red skirt and a lovely fall floral sash in between with patterns of Japanese maple leaves embroidered into the silk fabrics. And finished off with traditional geta shoes as well.
The young woman wandered through one of the streets adorned in Cinnibar Island. There was a large Halloween festival going on and all sorts of people were dressed up in the crowded streets. She made her way through before she felt her body get pushed forward and accidentally stumbled into a young woman, causing her to drop her food all over the ground as well as crash into the ground with her. Erika’s eyes widened as she quickly scrambled to her feet and started to apologize.
“I am so sorry! Please! Let me help you up. Are you hurt at all?” Erika asked as she extended one of her slender hands down to help the woman back to her feet.
