Okay, so the Kozmo archetype has sort of become my Roman Empire recently, and I just, I felt the need to point this out specifically. Look at the card art for the Trap Card Kozmourning:

I've mentioned it before, but for those who don't know, Kozmo is a Yu-Gi-Oh Archetype that mixes Star Wars and The Wizard of Oz, or rather Wicked. My evidence is the cards Kozmo Dark Lady and Kozmoll Wickedwitch are based on the Wicked Witches of the West and East respectively, but in Japanese they're called Kozmo - Dark Elphaiber and Kozmo - Dark Rose, so their names are clearly references to the names Elphaba and Rose which didn't exist until Wicked came out.

Anyways, so, with all of that said, LOOK AT THE ART FOR KOZMOURNING! It features Kozmo Dark Lady (Elphaba+Darth Vader/Anakin Skywalker), Kozmo Goodwitch (Glinda+Obi Wan Kenobi+Yoda), and Kozmo Farmgirl (Dorothy Gale+Luke Skywalker) all gathered around a clearly dying Dark Lady. Kozmourning, the artwork and story within anyway, is representative of the Wicked Witch of the West's death in The Wizard of Oz but also the death of Darth Vader in in Return of the Jedi.

If someone wrote a fanfic for this (which, I'm gonna be real, I'm so goddamn tempted at this point), then can you IMAGINE how sad this scene would be?! Cause Dorothy tossed a bucket of water on the Wicked Witch in The Wizard of Oz, and while it was technically Emperor Palpatine who killed Darth Vader by fatally wounding him, he was in a duel with Luke mere moments before hand! Which means Kozmo Farmgirl MAY HAVE JUST KILLED HER MOM! Slight tangent, but Farmgirl is called Kozmo - Dorothel in Japanese, but I can't say I like it, it feels like it's just Dorothy but dodging the copyright just barley. I like Lucy as an alternative. Thoughts? Anyways, this next part is more speculation than anything, but I can totally see a Link Monster (cause all archetypes need to have Link Monsters for some reason) that's a mix of Palpatine and the Wizard of Oz, and in Wicked, the Wizard is Elphaba's dad. This means that Dark Lady was double teamed by her daughter and father!

Then you got Goodwitch over there, and depending on if she's more like Obi Wan, or Glinda, it's a different kind of sad. If she's more like Obi Wan, then they had a student teacher relationship, maybe Goodwitch was something of a mother figure to Elphaiber when she first started training as a Witch/Jedi after Qui Gon Jinn died, before turning into the same sort of sibling dynamic that Obi Wan and Anakin had in the Clone Wars. However, if it's closer to Glinda, then that means she just watched her kind-of girlfriend die at the hands of the daughter and father of said kind-of girlfriend.

Like, I saw the art for this, and just immediately needed to regurgitate my thoughts at 4 in the morning! Why can't we get an anime with the card stories?! I know we technically are, but WHY COULDN'T WE HAVE HAD THIS FOR YEARS?!?!?! WHY?!?!?!
