I feel like the organization could be a bit better, but she did make a list of which orders she was going to send out, unlike other stores. But since my name was not on her list, I didn't think she sent out my order when she did. The delivery was extremely quick, too. But other than that other issue, she is awesome <3

Love the lanyard. It is SHINee, afterall! Was not as big as I hoped but it's totally fine.
