Bobbi Brown Event
For my Douglass event, I went to the "Bobbi Brown Talks Lipstick Business Confidence & More” in April at Trayes Hall. I was very excited to go to this event because I use a lot of Bobbi Brown Cosmetics like their eyeliner, eyeshadows, mascara, and lip gloss. I think she was very inspirational and you could feel how passionate she was when she was talking. At first I thought she was going to talk about how important it is for women to wear makeup and wearing makeup is what leads to confidence but it wash’’t about that. What inspired me the most was when she talked about how every women is beautiful without makeup. I liked how she mentioned that hard work is very important and that it is important to be around positive people. It was important to hear her talk about where she started from and how she became so successful. The message I received from this event was to work hard to become successful even if I don’t know what I want to do in the future.
