That’s right folks Calvin Johnson, co-founder of Beat Happening, founder of K Records (@krecs) and producer of countless bands like Beck, Built to Spill, Modest Mouse, Mount Eerie (Microphones), Kimya Dawson, The Go Team.... IS PLAYING AT SEE YOU OCTOBER 5th!!! The list could go on and on and on of who he has been involved with. But the fact is the man has been there and partially responsible for so many shifts in the landscape of indie music. Recently he has been making music under the Selector Dub Narcotic moniker. But for his new album, “A Wonderful Beast” he is touring under his own name with a band. Wonderful Beast was even produced by Black Keys drummer Patrick Carney! The show will be Friday October 5th starting at 7pm and tickets will be 7 dollars which can be purchased in store leading up to the date, and at the door on the 5th.
