I find it very interesting that when Phainon and Mydei had their stupid challenge in the baths, only Mydei, and by extension Kremnoans, were blamed by the innocent bystanders that got hurt.
It explains the treatment of Kremnoans in Okhema and the desperation of Kremnoans in crowning Mydei.
Honestly, HSR did a great job in showcasing racism. They have a lot of examples of the racism against Kremnoans that were very subtle and some that were direct. I really appreciate their storytelling!
