Anger flowed through his veins the moment the woman stepped into the room, remembering her immediately. Everything that had gone wrong, and she was there to hear it all. He would’ve stepped forward, to do something (even though he wasn’t sure what it would’ve been) but he kept himself in his stance. But the moment she had passed by, his eyes followed her, until she wasn’t facing him anymore, and he began walking in the same direction she just had. Acting casual, acting as if nothing was wrong, even though his eyes stayed locked on the bouncing blonde hair on the back of her head.
