Admiration.

Just some rambling below to express the emotions in this thingy thing (and to practice expressing my thoughts):

I am a younger sibling. I have an older sister. Have I had thoughts of jealousy? Yes. Have I actually been very jealous of her? No. Or at least I know I shouldn’t be.

We are parallels of each other, but also very different. I am my own person. She is herself. My own mind functions differently from hers. Her mind functions differently from mine. We go through a different pace in life, but we grow strong together. I’m doing best as a younger sister. She’s doing best as an older sister. We are uniquely designed, but made for the same purpose. I should not compare myself to her.

I admire my sister. But I do not idolize her. She is flawed in her own way. I am flawed in my own way. I am proud of her accomplishments in life. She is proud of mine. Big or small.

Despite any hardships we go through, I will continue to love her. She will continue to love me.

Silly me decided to loop this song for 4 hours straight while pulling an all-nighter, memorizing something for a speech meet (I hate public speaking).
