👀 the timing of the Athletic interview seemed sus to me from the start. I wish the players could tell us what happened and I wish they were better protected.

Please don't ever change, Ashlyn! LOL!
Nice mention of missing Sonnett and her never say die attitude on Kris Ward's after match press conference
Alright, I need someone to point me in the direction of both his and the Spirits gofundme pages because this really is just 🤦🏼♀️.
Excuse me, what???
If Sonnett’s ribs had LITERALLY been broken like you said, she would be out still. League response to bruised ribs is still terrible, obviously, but accuracy matters especially when ragging on the league.
I only repeated what Kris Ward said in the press conference, and according to him, they were broken.
Broken ribs takes about 4-6 weeks to heal depending on the severity of the break, while bruised ribs takes about 2-4 weeks. Broken can either mean that the bone has broken all the way through, or that it’s just a tiny fracture in the bone. A tiny fracture heals a lot quicker obviously, so I’m pretty sure she could’ve suffered a break. She was out for a month.
Do I know for sure that they were broken and not bruised? Obviously not, but since the word broken was used by Kris Ward, that’s the word I’m sticking with.
I 👏🏻 love 👏🏻 Kris 👏🏻 Ward 👏🏻!!
