please tell me more about the Lucretia as Angus’ mom headcanon!
Ok... ok... so I have many thoughts about these two. FYI: I'm not the greatest storyteller AND am no smart scientist... so take this headcannon as my "I just want this to be a thing"
When and how???
When: some late cycle (think mid 90s) Barry has a science question he just doesn't know the answer to... "why does Fischer travel with them, but no other lifeform can?". Him and Lup come up with an experiment that only 1 IPRE member can help them with... and that's Lucy
How: Barry and Lup go to Lucretia with their hypothesis on how life could travel with them... "if the lifeform has some of our DNA... you are the only member with the facilities to create life... will you be willing to have a kid on the next cycle? And see what happens when we change cycles?"
So, Angus (who is originally named Barrett) is the product of an experiment who continued on with the team, reliving the first year of his life for like 4 years or so.
Yea, I know... crazy... but I wanted Ango to actually go through some cycles with the team and they develop their relationship with him.
Now initially, Lucretia was hesitant with this idea, so Barry and Lup don't push it. Being the thinker she is, Lucy comes back to them at the start of the next cycle, "Ok... I wanna know if that'd work..."
I don't really want to go into detail about the who the father is and what became of them... because it's not important... they don't have any desire to have a part in Angos life.
Lucy is surprised how attached she ends up getting to Angus and is TERRIFIED the first time their year ends. She hopes and prays he cycles through with them and is relieved that he does.
Since this is Lucy and Ango focused, I won't get into the other IPRE members and Ango (during stolen century), but... the added angst when they ask get their memories back and "WHERE'S THE BABY LUCRETIA?!".
I guess the last thing I'll add to this ask is... Lucretia doesn't plan on telling Angus...

Both Lucretia and Angus have a tendency to carry around notebooks everywhere and note what is happening. Angus for cases, but still. Like mother, like son 🥺
THEY HAVE MANY SIMILARITIES AND ANGUS REALLY DOES TAKE AFTER HER!
They're both intuitive and thoughtful AND SO SMART! Angus seems to have some sort of nack for magic and Lucretia is an AMAZING WIZARD!

It's ridiculous that xenon is saying that Entrapta doesn't look her age. In what way? If we're talking things like wrinkles, neither Angella nor Castaspella have wrinkles, and Angella is a mom. If it's about her clothes not looking mature though, that's also a moot point. She's a mechanic. Is she supposed to wear dainty heels and pencil skirts while working in a lab? Maybe wear a long flowy dress that can get caught in gears? She's going to wear functional, comfortable clothes for work.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion on what certain ages should act like I guess... overall, it's no biggie though
