solo spotlight for the hannibal clickers :) (shop ; etsy) I love how they came out
I’m a little late over here but updated my shops (shop ; etsy) today with clicker keycap keychains and enamel keychains :] and running some rare sales while I job hunt!
Hello would you consider making a version of the salmon design that says I Love Big Hairy Women? please and thank you!
Hi!! I actually already did/do sell that! Just had an error on the site woopsie but now it should be visible everywhere. Also have embroidered keychains of the other two now :3
Finally locked in and finished the revenge era Barbie designs…stay tuned for preorders for charms and stickers soon 🥸
Didn’t realize my asks had been turned off this entire time LOL anyways they’re on now so… hello world 🤓
Just under a week left to place orders for US holiday shipping! anything ordered from my Etsy or Bigcartel by Dec 14th will go out in time for the USPS cutoff 🫡
malignance replied to your post:while I do agree with you a lot, if by uncomfortable appropriation of sami culture you mean Kristoff, he's actually canonically Sami. The sami culture is actually not based on skin color, and there are just as many white Sami people as there are people of color (however yes, it is a shame that it was ONLY represented with white people; I'm just letting you know it's not a case of appropriation.)
yeah like… if there was a saami character it probably shouldve been explicitly indicated and not thrown in as a sidenote
YEPPP
especially as such a vastly underrepresented group of people. You can't just 'hope' people will get what you mean. It's lazy and it's unfair and it doesn't really count!
Also anon unless you are Saami you do not get to decide in the end what is and isn't cultural appropriation of Saami dress/customs. That is just the way it is!
I thought the movie was cute but as a consumer and a responsible member of society I acknowledge its problems and I think they do not need to keep happening especially in Disney movies. You can like a Thing and still say 'they did this badly'. In fact you probably should, even if it's hard and painful and makes you sad sometimes.
Because however sad it makes you, imagine being a member of a group of people that these problems actually directly affect. That is why it's so important to talk about this stuff and not try to justify it.
