You where going to a special dinner to celebrate James birthday, the restaurant was beautiful, and all the guests sat in a long and thin table, there you sat next to James and in front of Toni. You were all talking about random things, but Toni was specially talking with you. In a moment when he was out to attend a call, James came to you and said: -Hey, seems like Toni likes you, he’s flirting with you!- This made you think about it, and that’s when you realize it was true. After a while the time to go came in and you where telling goodbye to everyone with the usual ‘hug-kiss(in the cheeck)’ thing, Toni was the last one, and once you got to him to do the ‘hug-kiss’ thing it felt different, in the moment it happened till you where on your way to the parking lot to go back home; it felt like he stopped you, for less than a second more in that ‘hug-kiss’, it felt that way, like he did it just to retain it on his memory for longer, more like for an eternity, because you both knew you won’t see each other in a while, that now will last forever.

BASED ON REAL LIFE EVENTS. It was almost the exact same thing, but instead of Toni and James there was other people. And my feels still hurt anyway.
