as weird as it may sound, lee jieun.

when he was in olympus and they were all gods, going about their business and duties, his role was pretty clear. sure, he messed around and fucked up plenty of situations and people alike, but he knew where he stood and who, at the end of the day, he was supposed to be with. he and hera didn’t get along most of the time, but sometimes the life you live is just the way that it is and there’s really no changing things.

fast-forward to them being put inside human bodies and here zeus is meeting this young girl that he isn’t sure how intense his feelings are for her because he doesn’t want to really look into it. the zeus side of him wants vehemently to stop talking to her; there’s literally nothing worst than the idea that he could be infatuated with his brother hades’ bride. he was at their wedding, he remembers the whole fiasco that the very earth below mortals’ feet reacted to–spring and summer verses autumn and winter. persephone and hades changed everything about the world, and zeus ordained it because, what else could he do?

regardless though, she was his wife and zeus’s intense loyalty to his brother meant for all his meddlesome and wayward ways, he wouldn’t ever cross that line with her. despite how often she took his breath away. he figured that was simply the effect she had on everyone.

but everything is different now. she’s not married to hades, she doesn’t remember herself. and even though zeus screams and rages to leave her alone, taemin can barely hear him over the pounding of his heartbeat whenever he’s around her.

✖ : Describe a way to make them uneasy or apprehensive.

Asking him personal questions. That just ain’t going to end up well. He immediately becomes defensive and cuts the conversation short. Also people who talk too much... boy, he doesn’t really know how to handle those since he doesn’t talk much. He knows how to strike a conversation and keep it going if there is anything to say, but talking just for the sake of talking? No.

☯ : Do they believe for every darkness there is a lightness? If not, why?

“No because that would entail there is some sort of balance to this world. I just don’t think that’s really plausible. Light can’t thrive without darkness to illuminate but that’s not exactly a palindrome. There can be dark with no light and light can completely wash out that which is dark. That being said, I think there is a plethora of both in world so it’s difficult, if not impossible, to find life lacking in either. It’s just each one doesn’t necessarily have a balancer. Just as if life was synonymous to light and death was that too darkness. Not every light life will get the same time on earth but every death is eternal, there is nothing fair or equal in that. But if you know when the life will end then there isn’t much of a reason to do anything you cannot fit within that exact time frame. 

Without death there is no point to life. Without darkness there is no importance in that lightness It’s not equal but the misbalance is needed. However, I’m not sure if I know which one outnumbers the other but I like to think the light does.”

☾ : On a sleepless night, what would they be found doing?

Ilhoon rarely has sleepless nights. Even when his life is upside down, he can still sleep, he never loses sleep over anything, it’s almost scary. He does have many sleepless nights that he plans and decides on though, mainly because he has no idea of what it means to go to bed at a decent time. Going to bed before 3AM is not something that happens often since he’s like a kid that can’t get away from the TV so it’s normal to have him living that couch potato life, wasting hours and hours watching dramas, animal documentaries and the food network. (he is a weirdo please someone save him)

☾ : On a sleepless night, what would they be found doing?

Depends.

easy answer? munching on sleeping pills. His day starts early, because he’d rather drug himself to sleep rather than waking up late and torture himself with the mixed scent of the busy city. 

However, in nights that Mark is sane enough and would like to be alone (if not, probably would ring up Minsu), he likes either reading his old reference books back in university or making scents. He still has all of his uni books and is actually reaching the point where he has nearly memorized some of them.
