Hi! Just wanted to say firstly I absolutely love your work, both fics and art. I’ve reread your fics so many times because I love your writing and characterisation!

I know your favourite ship is KruegerNikto but do you think you’d ever write/draw any more of KruegerGolem? Severance is one of my fave fics!

Hi!! Thank you so much anon this means a lot, for real! 🥺 it is true that kruegernikto is what I thought about approx. 24 hours a day but I hold sooo much affection for kruegergolem. I am super glad to read that Severance is one of your fav fics because I do think it is one of my best fics. I absolutely loved writing it I wrote it with my HEART and my GUTS

I did plan to write more kruegergolem, especially in the MWII setting - neither is in the game, but their voice actors are! And in MWII, Golem's voice actor is a team leader/announcer so I like to think of him sitting at a desk doing the callouts on the radio and being over the comms for everyone. I think it quite suits his character as well 😌 anddd this did give me an idea for a nsfw work evidently....... that I will probably write one day, especially if I know that some ppl (including you!) are interested!

this is definitely a loaded question but if hypothetically krueger didn’t get caught for those civilian murders, how long do you think him and golem would have lasted, and how far would it have gone? do you think it ever would have developed past them hooking up in secret? would krueger have gotten bored at one point or another? would he ever have met golem’s family?

Ohhh I was excited to reply this is such a good ask... It really depends on the context. I'll answer assuming that back in the KSK, with Krueger who was then "Josef", Golem was either divorced or in the process of divorcing (as the canon from mw19 states that Golem's divorced from his wife but we don't know when it happened).

I think as long as they were in the KSK it would have remained "Hans and Josef hooking up in secret" because Golem is I believe extremely strict towards himself (at least he tries to), probably very closeted and had at the time that "work above all" ethic and wouldn't have risked it. Especially because he was still fairly young back then. Even if "Josef" had never been busted then I think it would have taken years for Golem to accept to be open about their relationship (while still maintaining it because he would like it). I assume he would have let him meet his daughter but with a lot of reserves/purely presenting him as a teammate. However, I also think that Krueger, especially as he was still probably in his late 20s, would have eventually gotten bored and disappeared to seek something new regardless...

I did think about krueger/golem in many many different pipelines and such though... Here's an ask about Krueger hypothetically meeting Golem's daughter. Oddly, as I've said once, I like to think that when they meet again 2 years after the incident it's somehow... easier bc there's less pressure on Golem now (and grieving the version of "Josef" he knew also helps him moving from it... and back into it. but now it's "krueger". oh Hans........). Also, as a bonus, I like to think that on the very very long term they could work well because Krueger would mellow out with age and they have a lot of common interests given their bio/specialisations. Cue them pushing 60 living in a cabin in the woods doing bow hunting.

was thinking recently about how annoyed krueger was about the condom in (Auf) Wiedersehn with golem. is that some kind of weird control thing to him or does he just like being creampied

This ask is so fucking funny I chortled when I got it . But it's a good and legitimate question. It's kinda more the first option but not entirely, basically he's annoyed that Golem doesn't blindly just want to fuck. Krueger's train of thoughts in this part is basically just "🙄 omg you don't even trust me 🙄 pussy" [said to a man he hasn't seen in two entire years after The Incident + having lied to him about his entire identity while living next to him for years]. It's only reasonable, Golem doesn't know if Krueger has been fucking around (if you ask me, he didn't, because I like to hc Krueger as being able to be completely abstinent if he doesn't find anyone interesting, but who could guess?! better safe than sorry)

NOOO don't feel sad anon… They rlly are still fond of each other in my mind it's just... special... Even in my fics the ending is always about them seeing each other again heh I love them too much......

Here are my other kruegergolem headcanons, with more recent headcanons here.. AND here's a few more:

Although can have entire days of comfortable silences, and Krueger isn't super talkative by nature, I like to think that he chats easily with Golem… Hans brings Sebastian's Slightly Talkative side out

They often cook together. Krueger got most of his more elaborate recipes from hanging around Golem (canonically "an excellent cook") and he's the Only person he would allow in his kitchen while he himself is cooking. But if they're together it's usually the other way around (Hans cooks and Sebastian helps)

They have an irregular habit either of meeting in the evening to share a smoke or a joint or in the morning to go job together. Irregular habit because it will always be in the same place/at the same hour (but it won't be every day)

Krueger 100% made Golem aware of kinks he didn't know he had (bc he was in my hc very much closeted before meeting krueger. hence his divorced wife)

There isn't really any jealousy from Hans towards Krueger (and the fact that he spends most of his time with Nikto - post about this here) because their relationship is loose enough to allow this. but there's always some bitterness due to this and their shared past (The Incident and the fake identity and everything.). Like to me their Relationship is the embodiment of the term "bittersweet" because it's both bitter... and very sweet. they both really and genuinely respect and care for each other.

(Krueger basically thinks he owns Golem but Golem knows Sebastian will come to him if Nikto is being a bitch. 😏)

Hi Cerosin! I’m a huge fan of your works on AO3. First of all, I just want to say that your fics are so good I’ve basically read them to death. Your writing is insanely captivating, and honestly, you are the one who dragged me straight into the CoD fandom.

After a long time hesitating, I’ve finally gathered the courage to ask you a bunch of questions — but I’ll try to keep them short:

What’s the difference between Golem/Krueger and Krueger/Nikto as relationships? Does that magical L-word exist between them or not?

Once Krueger starts paying attention to Nikto, does Golem still matter to him at all?

And if you locked Golem and Nikto in the same room, which one would Krueger choose as the “perfect plaything” for the rest of his life?

For Krueger/Golem as a relationship and how it compares to Krueger/Nikto regarding feelings, jealousy, affection...) i have talked about it in length in this post, it will answer your question! In short, in both relationships there's genuine fondness, affection and in a way love (it's just very uh, unconventional, especially in krueger/nikto). But it's there.

The post I linked also answers your second question. Although Nikto definitly grabs Krueger's attention like no one else, he will often act like a bitch and if Krueger is fed up, he'll go to Golem. Yes that kinda feels like he's just the side piece, but that makes him smug to think that despite Krueger/Nikto's relationship, Krueger will come back to him sometimes (and he does it because he enjoys spending time with Golem - it's just that he is spending most of his time "by default" with nikto). It just works 😇

If Krueger had to choose his chew toy between Golem and Nikto... Truthfully it would be Nikto. He's just TOO interesting. Golem is also interesting (and Krueger liked playing with him!) but he's normal in the end. Krueger would choose the "enrichment" that Nikto brings. they're very fusional as well so it helps, while krueger/golem still has bitterness inherent to it).
