Hands Off Buddy

“Ugh.... Really?”
Feeling little to no energy he musters up the strength to sit up on his bed. The white, silky, thin, almost see through blanket was the only thing keeping his bare body covered as he reaches over to grab his phone from the nightstand. A yawn escapes his mouth as he stretches his slowly waking up body. “I really miss the days I was able to sleep until the alarm actually went off.” With a shake of his head and an indifferent look in his eyes, he turns off the sound on his phone before marching towards the bathroom to take his morning shower. This was a must for him. Something to make his mornings a little less, morning.
Like coffee.
However, Hyunwoo wasn’t as dependent on coffee like other people were. Yeah, he enjoys it, but he won’t ‘die’ or feel irritation without it. Nevertheless he’s been obsessed with Seoltang’s coffee for quite a while now. When he first discovered the location he instantly fell in love, visiting the store every morning or every night. Sometimes even twice a day! His favorite item was their ice coffee. It had an amazing original flavor and he could tell the coffee beans were roasted to perfection by the skillful baristas that worked there. Until he came up with a mixture of French Vanilla & Caramel to add to the ice coffee which just made it taste like straight up diabetes. Then he couldn’t appreciate the taste of the coffee anymore but still knew the baristas did a great job (which compelled him to tip every time he was there). Also lets not forget the environment and staff were all very nice and welcoming. It was all he expected from a coffee shop.
Today was Hyunwoo’s day off of work. He literally had no plans other than just staying at home and playing video games all day. However before all of that fun happens he needed to get himself an ice coffee. Which was an excuse to see her. Her was a beautiful girl who worked at the cafe. If he wasn’t mistaken her name was Yuki, which he carefully listened for every time he was there. She had the sweetest smile and was literally the kindest person. It made his stomach tickle every time he heard her voice.
Unfortunately, today it seemed like Yuki wasn’t working, which wiped the smile of his face instantly as he walked in. Maybe she’s in the bathroom or something.. he thought. Then he realized, like himself, she could be off today, which didn’t light up his mood at all. As he steps up to order his usual, the sweet voice he was looking forward to hearing was detected in the room. A smile quickly appeared on his lips and his gaze dropped to the floor for a second.
“Welcome sir, The usual?” asked the lady across the counter.
“Yes ma’am. And can you add a piece of your Seoltang Cheesecake?” he replied as he handed the woman his card, his eyes fixated to the menus above.
After the exchange, he proceeded to sitting down, purposely passing by Yuki and making eye contact. A flirtatious smile handsomely decorated his face as he made his way to an empty table pass her. Normally Hyunwoo isn’t the type to verbally flirt with anyone. Although he is a blunt and brazen person, he likes to keep things private and is timid when it comes to romance. Subtle body language like eye smiles, smiles and stances are signs of Hyunwoo throwing flirt at someone. It’s like he’s opening a door for the person to enter and they choose whether they pass or not.. or say thank you or not (lol)... If he likes them enough, he might change it up a bit though and go up to them, but most of the time he is content by just looking at them from a far.
Making himself comfortable he pulls out his phone and begins to mess with it. Heart slowly racing hoping that Yuki would bring his items.
