Today seems to be a peaceful day, but then what really is peaceful to Yonghee? Each day she kills a person or two, so it's a bit difficult to describe what is peaceful to her per se, but today it seems like all the supernaturals died out. No strong power sources, not even those annoying fuzzy ones. It makes her relax in a way. Perhaps she could have one vacation day every, what, five years? When did she even start hunting? It seems not long ago, but her instincts are too strong for her to be a newbie at this. Speaking of instincts, they've been screaming at her for half an hour now, telling Yonghee she's being followed. But when Yonghee looked around once or twice, she didn't really see anything, so she decided not to care. So what if she gets killed? Maybe it's fate. Even though Yonghee isn't one to believe in fate. That's. Beside the point. Her senses pickup a faint smell of wet fur and an almost inaudible sound of paws gently scraping against the gravel. Only then she realizes something is wrong and her legs automatically pick up their pace, her ears and nose blocking out any interference, besides the smell and sound of her predator. Adrenaline rushes into her vessels without warning and she can feel her heartbeat pick up its pace. A part of her brain tries to calm her down, assuring her that it's only paranoia. Stay calm? Really? Okay, sure, she has like a dozen of grenades and a gun, and a sword, but she can’t even make out what’s chasing her and— What the fuck is that? This is apparently how Seoul welcomes her. By throwing monsters or oversized cats, or tiger/elephant hybrids, or whatever that was, at her. Yonghee turns left, running into a small alley that seems too small for that thing to fit in. It won’t fit… right? She gulps and trips over some freaking wire or a can; she doesn’t really care to find out what it is, she’ll be dead in minutes anyways. Leaning back on her elbows, she stares at the giant fucker, who advances towards her, and suddenly she doesn’t seem so happy anymore. She could— But no. Why would she actually try and call for help. Especially if some stupid supernatural comes. Then again, she would seem like a damsel in distress, the supernatural would save her, then she’ll kill him and boom two birds killed with one stone. But Yonghee doesn’t need help… does she? No. Quickly, she jumps up on her feet once again and continues backing away from the monster, which she still can’t seem to figure out. She smirks. She can get away with this, she feels it in her gut. But her smile fades as soon as her back hits the cold brick wall. Shit. She curses both mentally and verbally, pressing into the wall harder as the tiger/elephant lowers his head to her eye-level. No going back now. She screams at his face like a little kid throwing a tantrum (And she looks like one, too), and that confuses the animal, giving her just enough time to run out of the alley and into one of the bigger streets, screaming like a mad woman as she runs, hoping somebody would hear her.
