Ore Oru Raja Mokka Raja movie audio release function held at RKV Studio, Chennai. KS Chithra, Sriraksha, Ullas Kilikolloor, Suman Bichu, Santhosh Gopal, Sanjeev, Sahar, Egadhesi, Suresh Kumar and many others participated at the event.

Ullas Kili Kollu’s Devakala films is producing the film. Santhosh is directing the film. Newcomer Sanjeev Murali is playing the lead role. Sri Raksha is doing the female lead. Ranjith is playing an important role in the film. Thalaivasal Vijay, Bala Singh, Rajendran, mayilsamy, Vanitha, Vijay Ganesh, Nellai Siva, Venkatroa, Siva Narayana Murthy, Ambika Moyhan are playing the supporting roles.

Cinematography is done by Ayyappan, Music scored by Amanpichu. Editing is by Sajan. Choreography is by Santhakumar and Stunts by Run Ravi. Dialogues written by Pon Prakash and the story is done by Vinoth Lal.

Even after a dozen listens.. I'm still wondering.. what the hell is this? Starts off sounding like a hip-hop remix. Then a samba-esque soap opera theme.. then the sweet voice of K.S. Chithra--the "little nightingale"--comes floating in.. before a face-melting bass breakdown.

As always, Finders Keepers done right. This mind-blowing track features on the forthcoming F.K. compilation K.S. Chithra, an anthology of tracks from 1986-91 produced by the genial Kollywood (Tamil) music director Maestro Ilaiyaraaja. So weird.. so, so good.

There are few records you will hear this year that combine the sounds of a child's choir, a DX7 bass line, three types of drum machine, a mariachi trumpet cry, a resampled forty-piece orchestra and an electronic bass line that takes the moog taurus by the horns and rides into the Indian summer. There is probably less chance of hearing a vocal performance so confusingly dazzling that it instantly detracts from the previously aforementioned wish list combination of bizarre instruments...
