thinking about. pafl au where both katya and nastya(our KT) twins live and are both mutants in the facility i think. older twin KT (regular universe Katya) would. feel terrible after doing it, but still run away from the facility, even if it meant leaving her younger sister behind younger twin KT (the one that died in regular universe) would probably freak out the moment the shackles got removed. and not only would she not take the chance to escape. but her mutation activates and she meat explodes fucking over dmitrys chance to escape too, but even if her mutation didnt activate. she'd definetely be too afraid to try to run away and just. freeze
