New Year Sports 2026: A Celebration of Unity, Energy, and Fellowship.
Eimi Christian Fellowship, Mangalore, organized New Year Sports 2026 with great enthusiasm and togetherness at KTC Ground, Balmatta, marking the beginning of the year through sports and fellowship. Centered on the theme “Kikhen Thei Lhipoi,” the event brought participants together to celebrate unity, teamwork, and healthy competition.
The day commenced with the opening ceremony at 11 a.m., followed by a series of exciting games. Sporting events such as football, volleyball, tug of war, and couple games kept the ground lively and energetic throughout the day. Participants displayed not only physical strength and skill but also sportsmanship and mutual respect.
A shared lunch break from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. provided an opportunity for bonding and fellowship among members. The games resumed in the afternoon, creating moments of joy, encouragement, and teamwork. The event concluded with felicitation and LAMKOL, appreciating participation and effort rather than just victory.
New Year Sports 2026 was organized purely for entertainment and community building, reminding everyone that sports are a powerful medium to strengthen relationships and foster unity. The event ended on a grateful note, with special thanks to GI. Muaniian, CISF, for sponsoring the New Year Day lunch. Overall, the programme marked a joyful and meaningful start to the new year for the Eimi community.
